Booking conditions Season 2024
Our seat reservation system is personalized with each client. This is done by assigning a specific camping or bungalow place depending on the client's preferences and the availability of the moment, with the campsite reserving the right to assign other accommodation if necessary.
BUNGALOWS AND CABINS
Minimum stay in high season 7 NIGHTS, with check-in on SATURDAY, SUNDAY. Minimum stay in mid and low season 3 NIGHTS depending on availability.
INFORMATION: By email or telephone service we will inform you of the details and availability to carry out a preservation that you must confirm.
CONFIRMATION: You will obtain the confirmation of the reservation once the payment has been made, by depositing 50% of the total amount of the stay in the account.
The remaining 50% is paid at check-in on arrival at the campsite.
DEPOSIT: a deposit of €50 is made as a guarantee of good use and cleanliness, to be returned at the exit once checked at the exit.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in or arrival at the campsite can be done and access to the campsite facilities from 1 pm, swimming pool, restaurant, activities etc.
The bungalows will be delivered between 3pm and 5pm depending on the availability of the review, cleaning and disinfection process.
Check-out or departure from the bungalow. The bungalow must be vacated at 10 am and the campsite must leave before 1 pm.
CANCELLATION: Early cancellation of the reservation entails a charge of 20€ of management fee in all cases.
Cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date will result in a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellation of the reservation between the 15th and 30th day prior to the arrival date will result in the loss of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date will result in the total loss of the amount of the reservation.
In cases of cancellation with penalty, the client may choose to transfer their rights to the person they designate or use the reservation on other dates or in another year. The campsite undertakes to refund the amount of the reservation in the event that the bungalow can be rented to another customer on the waiting list on the cancelled dates.
BUNGALOWS
COMFORT bungalow. Artisanal construction using entirely natural solid pine and fir woods. Located in the lower and middle areas of the campsite, close to the shopping area, swimming pool and games. Parking next to the bungalows. Entrance area bungalows 4-5-6-7. Zone A bungalows 8-9-10. Zone C, bungalows 11-12-13-14-15-16.
ZEN Bungalow. Artisanal construction using entirely solid fir, pine and oak woods, free of glues and plastics. Privileged location in the upper area of the campsite, overhanging terrace with panoramic views over the mountains. Parking next to the bungalow and private space next to the bungalow. Great intimacy. Bungalows 17-18-19-20-21-22-23.
SEMI-DETACHED bungalows. Arranged in a typical Aranese construction on the ground floor, made of stone, wood and slate. Located in the lower area of the campsite, close to the swimming pool, games and reception building and restaurant. Premium Bungalow, Loft Bungalow, Borda Aranesa Bungalow.
CAMPING AREA
The campsite can be accessed without a reservation and without a minimum number of days of stay or with a telephone reservation depending on availability.
In high season, PREFERENTIAL ADVANCE RESERVATIONS are allowed, with a minimum stay of 5 nights and a payment per reservation of €60 to be deducted from the stay. In case of cancellation before 15 days, the amount will be refunded deducting €20 for management fees. Cancellation with less than 15 days will result in the loss of the reservation.
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by the campsite and payment has been made by bank transfer.
Health safety measures
- Health safety, the health of both customers and workers is the first objective we set ourselves. From the peace of mind that is obtained, we can dedicate ourselves to the purpose of our existence as a BEDURA PARK company: our clients' holidays, accommodation, rest, leisure, recreation, fun... all this in a sensory experience of smells, colours, vegetation, and tranquillity that the high mountain nature of the VAL D'ARAN offers us.
- The bungalows are delivered conveniently cleaned, sanitized and disinfected.
- The plots, before the next use, are checked, reviewed and acted upon in the precise way.
- The hygienic-sanitary services for community use are equipped with a permanent presence of cleaning staff and disinfection protocols twice a day.
- Elements for community use: children's games, barbecues, railings, etc. are treated daily with approved disinfectant products.
- All the proposed measures will be adapted, in due course, to the regulations that, of obligatory compliance, are established by the competent Administrations.
BUNGALOWS
We have 7 hours between the departure and entry of a new client to proceed with the comprehensive treatment of the entire Bungalow, both interior and exterior, applying all the necessary measures and protocols to guarantee safety.
CAMPING AREA
Caravans, motorhomes and tents.
The topographical conditions of the campsite's terrain and its location are especially favourable for maintaining the social distance imposed between people, due to its low occupancy, the distribution on terraces and the number of existing free areas. It also has "THE ENCHANTED FOREST" and the native forest that surrounds it, which can be accessed.
We have reduced the occupation of camping areas, increasing the surface area of the plots as an additional measure of protection, providing them with greater relief and privacy.
The available plots are BASIC TYPE M of 70m2 / COMFORT TYPE L of 90m2 / PLUS TYPE XL of 100m2 / VIP TYPE XXL of 120m2.
A reinforced service of permanent cleaning and disinfection of the sanitary services will be available through periodic schedules.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool will be governed by the rules of use and capacity determined by health.
We have a permanent on-site control of a guard and the assignment of sanitized hammocks for each use.
BAR RESTAURANT – CAFETERIA
The service will be maintained under the conditions established by the competent authorities.
We will act with the positive experience acquired: separation of tables, preferential service on terraces. Maximum safety food service, both in the product and in its subsequent handling or preparation: Menus, pizzas, portions, pre-cooked foods, barbecue, etc.
CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT - (MINICLUB)
Activities will be carried out that allow maximum freedom of movement of the participants and mainly outdoors in contact with nature: excursions in the surroundings, games, craft workshops, botany and nature, etc.
